open question: do i need to worry about my debt?
1700 very which is buy now pay later for july 2012. i have captial one card of debt 150. i have 600 saved up for very in a saving account and 350 in other and 400 in other so that's leave me only needing to pay 350 which i can get with my job. if i sell my ps3 and xbox i can clear the captial one debt. esy.

open question: is a bank debt of over 6 years and a charge on the property barred now?
bank checked out an investment and said it was valid but turned out to be a scam so had to take out an overdraft to cover this large scam to pay back friends i have paid back some of the overdraft but am now struggling, the new manager put a charge on my property. the full amount was demaned back over 6 years ago but nothing since is this over draft now time barred. if so how do i get the charge off my property. and do i have to pay this money back as it was their fault.thank you.

i work for a major grocery retailer in the southeast. i recently was mistakenly over paid, or given a vacation payout bonus that i was not entitled to. at the time of receiving it, i contact my direct managers and payroll about this matter. i was reassured several times that the money was indeed mine. about a month later i got a letter from payroll telling me, my wages would be garnished for repayment of said bonus, because i was ineligible for it, because i was made full time on the 25th and it was for employees that were part time up until the 30th of the same month. the total amount of the bonus i received was 277 which is about 30 hours extra. they wanted to debit 200 from my check, which is illegal because it puts me under the federal minimum wage. i contacted them about lowering…

becoming a pharmacist in this day and age, i know they make just a little over 100,000 a year so its considered a well paying profession. i am concerned about real estate and my future. i'm young so i'm considering my options. at the rate that everything is elevating in price, would it be more worth it to do something like a certain kind of physician. i know the basic physician makes 150 300 thousand a year and don't get me wrong i'm not thinking of just money here i've had thought of becoming a physician for some time now as well, since medicine interests me and its just i always thought working in a pharmacy working with drugs would be an interesting job but had a hunch i am selling myself short. the difference is i get a job in 5 years as a pharmacologist and get paid decently…

hi, i graduated college and been a volunteer at my local ambulance over the past nine months. i always been interested in healthcare, but never pursued it in college. working with ems allowed me to see all sides of the coin. my degree focused on law enforcement however i enjoy the setting of the hospital. i have applied and applied to hospitals knowing that with the current employment situation be tough. however i just kept trying to have a foot in the door. eventually if i make it in could see what jobs there are in the hospital. then from there go for a second degree or graduate studies. finally had a call back on a on call job for operating assistant. where you stock the operating room, move the patient, and over time hold the retractors. unfortunatally they preferred a candidate from within. so they called me back in…

i have been subjected to assault and harassment by managers at my company. i complained but it was dismissed and i am told that now i must return back with the creeps that dished out this behavior. i'm told by colleagues there is no change in there attitudes or behavior. my question is: do i quit and give the month notice and therefore end up getting another month of 'treatment' or do i quit on the spot without giving any notice. also should i mention my concerns in my resignation letter. i have had enough.

i may or may not be moving out of my apartment soon seeing as my father is no longer around, and there is a tremendous amount of trash and things that would need to be changed (the carpet has some stains, mostly soda colored). i've read things about a damage deposit, and i'm assuming my dad paid that when he set up the lease, but what would happen if the complex i live at deemed the amount due to be over the deposit. i certainly hope they wouldnt sue me.
